The location of La Maioun Guesthouse was unbeatable, right in the heart of all the action. It was just a short walk to the beach and within walking distance of the old town. The free breakfast was a great perk, and they even had leftover food that you could enjoy throughout the day. I really appreciated the free coffee, tea, and juice as well. Despite being in the center of the city, the hostel was surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The garden and balcony were lovely additions that provided a peaceful atmosphere. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone traveling alone, with friends, or as a couple.
